  • Wild garlic
  • Spring onion
  • Potatoes
  • Plant oil
  • Soft flour
  • Sour cream
  • Salt


  1. Prepare all of the necessary ingredients for cooking soup and chop spring onions, wild garlic and potatoes.
  2. Sauté onions in a large pot.
  3. After a while, add a little soft flour to form roux.
  4. Pour water over roux, add a pinch of salt and simmer for a while.
  5. Add chopped potatoes and cook them until soft.
  6. Add wild garlic to the soup.
  7. Cook for a few more minutes.
  8. In the end, pour a little milk or sour cream into the soup and blend it with a hand blender.
