Wild Garlic Soup

Wild garlic soup is a pleasant addition to your spring diet. There are many recipes for wild garlic soup, but ours is very simple and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Wild garlic
  • Spring onion
  • Potatoes
  • Plant oil
  • Soft flour
  • Sour cream
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Prepare all of the necessary ingredients for cooking soup and chop spring onions, wild garlic and potatoes.
  2. Sauté onions in a large pot.
  3. After a while, add a little soft flour to form roux.
  4. Pour water over roux, add a pinch of salt and simmer for a while.
  5. Add chopped potatoes and cook them until soft.
  6. Add wild garlic to the soup.
  7. Cook for a few more minutes.
  8. In the end, pour a little milk or sour cream into the soup and blend it with a hand blender.

Delicious wild garlic pasta

Ingredients

  • Wild garlic
  • Regular garlic
  • Spaghetti (or other pasta)
  • Plant oil
  • Tomato sauce
  • Olives
  • Cheese
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Boil water, add a little oil (so that the pasta does not stick) and a pinch of salt.
  2. Put pasta into boiling water, stir regularly.
  3. Meanwhile, sauté minced garlic on a pan.
  4. Add tomato sauce, salt to taste and heat while stirring regularly.
  5. Add chopped olives into tomato sauce and cook for a while.
  6. When pasta is ready, strain it and put it on a plate.
  7. Pour tomato sauce over pasta.
  8. Cover with grated cheese and toss with finely chopped wild garlic.
  9. Done!
